Condo Del Mar specializes in providing guests with clean, well-maintained vacation rentals.  Prior to your arrival the unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with fresh linens on the bed.  Ample bed and bath linens are available during your stay.
 
Each unit is privately owned, owner managed, and uniquely decorated.  All have gorgeous water views, ceramic tile floors through out, and private covered balconies.  You’ll find that our units are well equipped with many of the conveniences of home.  Cable TV, ceiling fans and air conditioner(s) are standard in each unit and ample paper products are on hand.  Contents for the studio, one bedroom and two bedroom two bath units are as follows:
