PAYMENT
POLICY
DEPOSIT: A deposit equal
to 50% of total charges is required to confirm reservations. Payments are due 10 days after making reservation.
If the deposit payment is not received within that time, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. All
payments are payable in US funds by personal or company check, bank money order, or US Postal Money Order. Full payment
is required in lieu of deposit for reservations made less than 45 days before check in.
FULL PAYMENT:
Full payment required on all reservations booked under 45 days before check in. Any balance
owing for your reservation is due 30 days before check in unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. All
payment must be in US funds by bank check, bank money order or Postal Money Order ONLY.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A
fully refundable security deposit may be required on stays longer than three weeks. Security deposit
is refunded within 30 days of departure provided there are no deductions for damages to the unit or its contents and the unit
has not been smoked in.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your paid deposit will be refunded for cancellations occurring more than 60 days before
your check-in date.
For cancellations occurring 60-30 days before your check-in date, your deposit will be forefitted.
For cancellations less than 30 days before your check-in date, full payment will be forefitted.
No refunds
for any reason will be given for cancellations occurring on or after your check-in date.
